Tubing machine for woven sacks
paper bag making machine is a specialized equipment that is used for printing the substrates (such as single-sided coated woven fabric, or laminated woven fabric and paper), perforating, tubing, and splicing to form a tube, and then cutting continuously, counting automatically and stacking. It is suitable for producing single-layer or multi-layer laminated packaging sacks (such as gusseted sacks, non-gusseted sacks, plain sacks, valve sacks, etc.) widely used for packaging, storage and transportation in the industries of medicine, cement, mineral, industrial chemicals and feedstuff. It is also an advanced equipment for producing paper-and-plastic middle-spliced PVC sacks, middle-spliced BOPP color-film sacks, and four-layer paper sacks.
Features:
1. With PLC system and HMI for operation and control of the line.
2. Mechanical-shaft or electronic-shaft synchronous control modes for the drives of printing and cutting. As electronic-shaft synchronous control is the advanced mode nowadays, the mechanical construction is more reasonable, and the operation is more stable, with less mechanical wear and higher automation.
3. The printer can use a traditional unit printing mode or an internationally advanced central impression mode.
4. The splicing device uses the advanced mode of positioned adhesion. It is characterized by uniform adhesion, firm splicing, easy to operate, and high automation, which can replace the manual pasting mode for PVC packaging sacks, so as to improve working efficiency and reduce production cost.
5. When producing middle-spliced BOPP color-film sacks, the cutter is equipped with an automatic registration system for tracking and adjusting.
6. TCTD cutting mode is used, so that the fabric of one sack can be saved while producing every forty sacks (tube length of 800mm), in order to reduce waste of substrates, which is the most economical mode of cutting for the production of valve sacks.
7. The number of printing color is optional as per customers' requirements, from 2-color to 10-color.
8. The line can be optimized according to different products' requirements and customers' demands.
